Stay happy, strong, and healthy. Every exercise is taking into account your individual body with its strength and limitations. Of course, your own common sense must be applied so you don’t hurt yourself. We recommend you to push your limits only in a controlled fashion, going from 60% to 80% to higher only when you feel your limbs and muscles are ready. Remember, the mind is stronger than the body, so we all naturally tend to overdo.
