Sports like running, biking the mountains or the roads, swimming, and mountaineering, require your muscles to work for a long long period of time within their optimal power envelope. When your movements are restricted because you don’t have the full range of motion, your muscles need to work harder and fatigue faster.

By observing your movements during yoga, I know exactly what suits you well and where you have blockages that restrict your progress.

Then I customize the yoga practice for you based on one overarching principle: understand and welcome the details of your individual anatomy, and work with and through it - not against it - to achieve harmony and performance of all muscle groups working together.

This way you can build stamina and awaken endurance you never ever knew you had.
